Gallium selenide is a direct gap semiconductor. We offer GaSe pieces ranging from sub-mm to 5mm. Each order comes with 100mg of material, enough for many exfoliations. The crystallites consist of an amorphous GaSe core with a highly crystalline, perfectly peelable outer shell. Item is for 100mg of material.
