How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy as clicking the “Add to cart” button next to the product that you wish to purchase. You will receive subsequently receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of purchase, and another when your order has been dispatched.
We also accept payment by bank transfers after delivery upon production of a PO.
How long does it take for delivery?
We thrive to have very low delivery times and this is usually just a few days. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of firm order with DHL Express. Delivery to mainland Europe is overnight, with 2-3 days for USA and Asia. Please that delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We supply a tracking information with all orders so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
I’m from China and I cannot buy directly. Do you have an agent?
Yes, We work with an import and export agency in China for our customers located there. Please contact us with your information and we will advise you on the matter.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Absolutely!. We accept payments in 138 currencies for Visa and Mastercard (and selected currencies for American Express). We use Google’s daily currency for currency conversion which is based on the exchange rate provided by Citibank N.A. To find out the exchange rate, please visit the currency converter. To place an order your local currency, you will have to pay for you order by phone so please contact us with your details and we will be in touch to arrange a callback at a time suitable for you.
