Description
Arsenic sulfide (As2S3) is a direct gap semiconductor material with a band gap of 2.7eV. This material is single crystal and exfoliated in atomically thin flakes. Monolayers or few-layers have yet to be isolated and characterized. Item is for a 5mm x 5mm specimen.
